A big thank you to all the parents and carers who came on our Teddy Bear’s Picnic.

This week we learnt about all the good work guide dogs do. We learnt that they help people who cannot see. We met the beautiful guide dog ‘Maddie’ who was very well behaved and friendly.
Well done to Matthew for being “Star of the Week” for writing some lovely instructions about planting a bean.
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter and got up to lots of fun things.
Our topic for this half term is Food and Growth.
We will be learning about where we get food from, how it is made and what we need to help us grow.
Why not take your child to the shops and discuss all the different foods that are avaiable to buy.
Many supermarkets now have an unusual fruit and vegetable section you and your child could explore.
You could also discuss money when you are out shopping and get your child to help you pay for the food you buy.
